Production Supervisor - Glazing Industry

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Supervise and train the Production team
• Develop and maintain the production schedule
• Manage inventory and organize the shop
• Submit and review purchase orders for shop supplies and tools
• Inspect materials for various quality flaws
• Review and identify errors in the shop and fabrication drawings
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
• Fabricate and assemble aluminum curtainwall, storefronts, windows, doors, etc
• Operate machines and tools as needed
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the glazing industry
• Be able to read shop and fabrication drawings
• Be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Be able to read metric and imperial tape measures
